Domenica è sempre domenica (Sunday is always Sunday) is the title of a famous song from 1958, which Rosti has adopted to stress even more clearly the desire to guarantee a family atmosphere – relaxed and welcoming. A Sunday full of great flavours, simple food, and friends around a table. Just like at family get-togethers, all sitting around a table or in the garden, trying a dish of homemade lasagne, agnolotti pasta, soups, for a real Sunday even when it is Saturday. Two days (at Rosti brunch takes place on Saturday and Sunday) dedicated to having time to enjoy the meal, convenient opening hours and an abundant selection of dishes focussing on simple food. Rosti’s philosophy, which highlights the quality of the produce, is obviously also applied to the dishes which make up the brunch. Italian recipes, a lot of typical Roman dishes, something for all tastes, from carnivores to vegetarians, without forgetting those who can’t live without the pasta course. What kind of party would it be without dessert? And what a dessert!

Saturday and Sunday are a celebration for children too. At Rosti they have a dedicated menu and, above all, an area in the garden all of their own.
