An old mechanical workshop and its outdoor areas have been turned into what Rosti is today, a workshop of agricultural research and democratic cuisine, a project that guarantees complete genuineness in all aspects. A place in which to feel at home, thanks to the cozy atmosphere of its interior design, the warm welcoming and the simple and genuine choices of food available. It feels like it’s always Sunday, where to treat oneself to slow relaxing rhythms and good food.
Rosti is a restaurant, open for lunch and for dinner, where you will find a different choice of menus for every season of the year, a guarantee of fresh seasonal ingredients.
Rosti is also a pizzeria with a traditional wood oven in which we bake our delicious Neapolitan pizza always highly digestible thanks to 72 hours of leavening.
On weekends, Rosti offers a very homelike formula. The idea is to recreate an English brunch made up of long buffets, but in this case loaded with a choice of Italian recipes and flavours, like the homemade lasagna and ravioli, vegetables of the season and meat cooked in different ways.
In the sweet buffet you will find many different traditional cakes.
The choice of having large social tables where you can eat and chat and above all, taste homemade food that brings familiar atmospheres to the mind is not by chance.
We open everyday at 9 in the morning, you can choose to sit under the trees in the garden or indoors, enveloped by the flavours and the aromatic fragrances of the cooking. Then there is lunch (served until 4pm), followed by snacks, aperitifs and dinner prepared in the kitchen, the wood oven or the grill.
At Rosti’s you can eat until midnight and drink until 1am. Everyday and all day is not just a way of saying here at Rosti’s.
